- Users must have a NSU email address and a Spartan card to use the online reservation system.
- Patrons CANNOT make use of the study rooms if they have outstanding library obligations (e.g. overdue books, fines on their account, etc.).
- Rooms can be reserved in 60-minute blocks with a maximum of two blocks (2 hours) per person, per day. You can request more time at the information desk on the first floor of the library. Extending the time depends on availability.
- You can reserve a room up to seven days in advance.
To get the largest selection of rooms, do not limit the search in the drop down menus.

- Make sure you have the correct date
- Time must be entered in whole hours. For example, 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Partial hours are not accepted!
